_Reversing heart disease – the Magic Bullet_
As many of you have heard heart disease is reversible without medication.
Don’t believe me? Since the ground breaking research done by Dr. Dean
Ornish, MD in 1990 more and more people are understanding that the Standard
American Diet (SAD) is a primary cause for the degeneration of our overall
health and in particular the foundation for heart disease. According to the
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 2006 heart disease caused 26%
of deaths—more than one in every four—in the United States.In 2010, heart
disease cost the United States $316.4 billion. This total includes the cost
of health care services, medications, and lost productivity. It is possible
to reverse heart disease as we have seen in Dr. Ornish’s Programs. To read

_Here are 4 things you can do today to reverse heart disease:_
1. Reduce your LDL and Increase HDL through the use of virgin coconut oil
2. Eliminate heating Polyunsaturated fats like soy, corn, safflower and
3. Increase your intake of bioflavinoids and antioxidants found in
superfoods such as goji berries, cocoa and tocotrienols

One reason the polyunsaturates cause so many health problems is that they
tend to become oxidized or rancid when subjected to heat, oxygen and
moisture as in cooking and processing. Rancid oils contain free radicals
which attack cell membranes and red blood cells, causing damage in the
DNA/RNA strands! This results in mutations of cells and premature aging.

awaken within you the ability to contribute to your own healing process. She
advises to pick an aliment or problem and read affirmations associated with

We have five occilating (moving) organ systems in our body. The main three

when we go into our heart (which is to FEEL compassion, gratitude,
appreciation or love), and we hang out there for 5 minutes, all of our organ
systems align with the heart’s frequency. Science calls this entrainment.
It’s when we are at peace. If we hang out there for 5 more minutes it
raises our seritonin (the feel good neurotransmitter) for 6-8 hours! It
also raises the immune function for about 6 hours.

Cacao Hemp Latte
This recipe is lovely when you are craving something chocolaty and warm
during the winter months. Make a “latte” with hemp milk and superfoods. This
recipe is delicious, easy to make and heart-healthy due to magnesium-rich
1/3 cup hemp seeds
4 cups hot water
1 tsp maca
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 Tbsp tocotrienols
2-3 Tbsp raw cacao powder
¼ cup agave nectar or raw honey
Blend hemp seeds with water until frothy. Blend in the rest of the
ingredients and adjust flavors to your liking. Top with a sprinkling
